The co-founders

Meet Ian and Damien

Two co-founders. Different life journeys. One shared belief: better health starts with better lifestyle choices, practical education and a supportive community.

The Lifestyle Wellness Project was created by Ian M. Oades and Damien Fenoli to make lifestyle medicine easier to understand, more practical to apply and more social to sustain.

Both Ian and Damien have completed professional education through Harvard Medical School in Lifestyle and Wellness Coaching, Nutrition and Wellness Coaching, and Sustainable Nutrition Planning.

Together, they combine this education with international experience in business, entrepreneurship, technology, nutrition, family life and personal health practices.

Ian combines Harvard Medical School professional education in lifestyle, wellness and nutrition with more than 15 years of experience in the nutrition and wellness industry.

He also brings more than 25 years of international business and mentoring experience across Europe, Asia and Australia.

Ian's approach is practical and grounded: better health begins with better daily choices, supported by good science, real-world action and community.

Away from work, Ian enjoys mountain biking, strength training, golf and spending time with his family.

Damien Fenoli

Harvard Medical School Entrepreneur & technologist Europe · Asia · Australia

Damien combines Harvard Medical School professional education in lifestyle, wellness and nutrition with an international background in entrepreneurship, technology and business.

Originally from France, he has worked across multiple countries. His interest in wellbeing began with a personal goal: teaching his two sons the baseline of living a healthy, balanced and sustainable lifestyle.

Damien is passionate about lifestyle medicine, human performance and the role technology can play in improving everyday life — without losing sight of health, family and human connection.

Away from work, Damien enjoys ultra running, trail running and spending time with his children.
